My Super Easy Vegan Smoothie

Smoothie is SO satisfying, refreshing and delicious - and in those times where we can't go outside, why not making it easily at home?

this time, we're going healthy, with a regular, classic, fresh and vegan smoothie!
My smoothie bowl was very simple, only frozen ripe bananas and coconut milk, but you can add whatever fruit you like!
Recipe for 1 Smoothie Bowl:
- 3 Frozen Ripe Bananas
- A Splash Of Coconut Milk (or any milk of your choice)
1. Mash the bananas a bit, with a potato masher or a fork.
2. Add the bananas to the blender with a splash of coconut milk (I used about 2 tbsp., but this may vary depending on the blender)
3. Blend until smooth and serve in a bowl with toppings of your choice! I went for apple 🍎, orange 🍊 and a tbs of chia seeds. You can also add nuts and seeds, nut butters, chocolate or granola (YUM). STAY AT HOME & STAY HEALTHY 💪
