Fluffy, Soft, Crispy... There's nothing better than a fresh doughnut!
Of course my kitchen is an essential service so I can keep doing my job, but you, stay home and make this beautiful doughnuts!

Recipe:
Dough:
• 237 ml. Milk
• 10 gr. Dry Yeast
• 2 Eggs
• 113 gr. Butter
• 30 gr. Granulated Sugar
• 30 gr. Light Brown Sugar
• 6 gr. Salt
• 560 gr. Flour
• 2/3 lit. Vegetable Oil (I Used Sunflower)
1. Heat milk until lukewarm and add yeast. Let bloom for 10 minutes, until bubbly.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar (both granulated and light brown) and salt.
3. In the mixer bowl, add 1/3 of flour mixture, and turn the mixer on medium – low speed.
4. Add 2 eggs while mixer working.
5. Add milk and yeast.
6. Add melted (but room temp.) butter.
7. Add the rest of the flour mixture and wait until a ball of dough forms.
8. Place in a lightly greased bowl and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.
9. Transfer dough into a floured surface and roll into 1.5 cm thick.
10. Cut donuts with cookie cutter / glass and cut the center with smaller cookie cutter.
11. Proof for another 30 minutes.
12. Deep fry in vegetable oil, on medium-low heat, 2-3 minutes each side, until golden brown.
13. Transfer to a baking rack to cool down.
Sugar Glaze:
• 100 gr. Caster Sugar
• 3 tsp. Milk
1. Whisk together until thick.
2. Dip donuts in.
